Harissa And Soy Yogurt Spread
This is a five-minute spread whose only real decision is how much harissa goes in, and that decision cannot be made from a recipe.
Adding it in two stages with a taste between them is the whole method.

Harissa varies enormously between jars, so the quantity here is a starting point rather than a measurement. Add half, taste, then decide.
The yogurt is doing two jobs: carrying the harissa and cooling it, which is why a thin yogurt gives a spread that tastes hotter than it should.
