Overtraining Signs And Stepping Back
Écouter
11 min
Training only works because of what happens between sessions: stress plus recovery equals adaptation. When the stress keeps coming and the recovery does not, the equation inverts — performance falls while effort rises — and the body starts issuing warnings well before real damage sets in. Learning to read those warnings, and to treat them as instructions rather than tests of character, is what separates a hard training block from a slow slide into overtraining.
