Terms of use
Who you are contracting with
This site is operated by Interface Agency Limited, registered in Malta under number C-74082, with its registered office at 19-25 Strait Street, Valletta, Malta VLT 1432. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Your account
You may browse this site, submit its forms, and register an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: you are responsible for what is done through your account, and you should tell us at once if you believe someone else has access to it. You are responsible for the details you give us, and you must not submit anything on someone else's behalf without their authority. Do not use the site to send unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content, and do not use it to send unsolicited commercial messages. Do not disrupt or probe the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or collect data from it by automated means, including scraping. We may suspend an account, block access and refuse submissions that breach these terms.
Content and ownership
The text, design, marks and code on this site belong to Interface Agency Limited and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own reference. You may not otherwise copy, republish or adapt any part of it without our written permission.
Material you submit for publication stays yours. By submitting it you grant us permission to publish it on this site and to keep it available while your submission stands. Submit only material you are free to share, and nothing unlawful or infringing; we may decline or withdraw anything we consider unsuitable.
The service
We provide the site as it stands and as it is available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features. Information published here is offered in good faith for general use and is not professional advice.
Orders
Prices are shown inclusive of applicable tax and exclusive of delivery unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by e-mail. If you are a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by telling us in a clear statement; we then refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Perishable goods and goods sealed for health protection and unsealed after delivery are excluded from that right. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods are unaffected.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country in which you live and may bring proceedings there.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and material changes are announced on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
